Web developer in Tamluk, with a page for each service you offer
My job as your web developer in Tamluk is to put the town's name beside your trade, in the words a client would type into a search. Searches for the town's name on its own are taken up by its history, so on your site the name sits beside the service.
What gets built here
Practices, offices and other trades
Much of the business here is administrative and professional work, around the district headquarters.
- Professional practices — each service described plainly, with your qualification set out underneath it.
- Administrative and document services — what you handle, what a visitor should have with them, and where your office is.
- Other businesses in town — a short site with the address, the number and what you sell.

Overview
What I'd name each page
A service that clients look for on its own gets a page of its own, titled with the service and the town together, such as GST filing in Tamluk. A client who needs that service searches for it in those words.
The firm's name stays prominent all the same. It goes in the header and on the contact page, where a returning client looks for it.
Keep the heading plain. The formal title of a qualification can sit in the line beneath it.

What moves the number
What your answers change in the build
You'll know the answers to most of these before we speak. If one is unclear, I ask about it when we meet.
| What changes it | Why |
|---|---|
| Services | how many you offer, and which ones go together |
| Wording | whether you send descriptions, or I write them up from your notes |
| Photographs | of the office and the people in it, if you have them |
| Updates | whether office details change often enough that you'll edit them yourself |
What changes the size of the job.
Where this comes from
Behind the work
For 9+ years I've built for the web, and every project still has me leading it. My team builds with me, from the Kolkata, India office and remotely.
Those years add up to 900+ projects completed.
You speak to me from the first call, and I'm the one who reads your service descriptions before they go live.

FAQ
Your questions on services and Google
Your qualifications and your wording stay yours to approve.
Can the site take appointment requests?
- Appointment requests can come through a short form or a WhatsApp link, whichever your office answers. The form asks only what your office needs to call back, and the reply stays with you.
Can the site show our qualifications?
- Your qualifications go on the about page and under each service heading, written out in full. They help a client trust you once they have found you, so they sit where a client looks next. Registration numbers and memberships can go there too, if you want them shown.
Do clients need to see the office?
- A photograph of the office and the people in it shows a client where they're going and who they'll meet. If none exist yet, the pages work without them, and photographs can be added later from the editor.
Who writes the descriptions of our services?
- I write the service descriptions after we've talked through each one, in language a client understands without a dictionary. You check each one for accuracy, because only you can say what a service involves. If you already have a brochure or a letterhead listing your services, I'll start from that.
Can you promise we'll show up first on Google?
- A first position on Google isn't something I can promise, for any search. What I can do is make each page clear about what it offers. Search Console is connected at launch, and it shows you the searches that bring visitors in. Ongoing SEO can follow once there's traffic to read.
Can we edit the site ourselves after launch?
- You can edit the site from the editor, including adding a new service in the same layout as the others, and the runbook covers how. If you would prefer not to edit it yourself, my team can keep it updated and backed up on a maintenance plan.

A call about your services
A list of your services is all I need to start. We go through it one at a time on the call, and you see each service's wording before anything is designed.
