Web developer in Paschim Medinipur for coaching centres around Kharagpur
Students around Kharagpur pick a coaching centre or a hostel from a phone. For a centre, I build a small site that puts the fees and the batch timings on the first screen. Around Midnapore, a trade customer who heard your name from somebody opens your site to check you're real, and that needs a different first screen. Before you choose a web developer in Paschim Medinipur, it helps to know which of those two people you're building for.
Overview
Fees, timings and how to enrol
A student weighing up coaching centres looks for the fees first. The batch timings come next. After that, they want to know what the course includes, and then how to enrol. I put all of it where a phone shows it first, readable without ringing anyone.
Students open several options side by side, so the pages are kept light and quick to load. I'd show the fees even when they differ from one batch to the next.
Batch timings change most often of all. They sit in one place that your office can edit without waiting for me.

Two audiences
What each side of the district looks for
The student is comparing options. The trade customer is checking one name.
A student around Kharagpur
- Fees and batch timings
- What's included, and how to enrol
- Pages that open quickly on a phone
A trade customer around Midnapore
- That the business is real
- An address and a number that work
- A Google profile that matches the site
What gets built here
What does a trader's home page need?
Four things go on a trade site's home page.
- Who runs the business — a name and a line on what you sell, so the person checking can tell it's you.
- The address, written for someone who hasn't been — the street, and a landmark you choose.
- A phone number that's answered — the one your orders already come in on.
- Your Google profile, kept in step — when the hours or the number change in one place, they change in the other too.
What moves the number
What makes a coaching site a bigger build
Every course or product line that gets its own page makes the build larger. A centre with a single course and a fixed timetable is the simplest case.
| What changes it | Why |
|---|---|
| Courses, batches or product lines | each one with its own page adds to the build |
| An enquiry or enrolment form | it needs a confirmation email and somewhere for replies to land |
| Photographs of the centre or the shop | if none exist yet, arranging them becomes a line of its own |
| The Google profile | corrected to match, or set up from nothing |
| A separate page for a hostel, if you run one alongside the centre | it carries its own fee and what that fee covers |
What changes the size of the job.
What a scope from me looks like
What a coaching centre's first version holds
Fees and timings go in exactly as your office sends them. No fee is rounded or guessed on my side.
The enrolment form and anything for a trade side wait in phase two, so the centre's pages aren't held up by them.
Included
- A written scope: every page and feature as its own line, agreed before work starts
- Design to build, reviewed on a staging URL that stays open the whole project

- Fees, batch timings and enrolment steps on the first screen

Phase two
- An enrolment form with an email confirmation
- Pages for a trade side, if you have one
- Ongoing SEO once the site has traffic to read
- A maintenance plan once the site is live
- Logo and brand design, quoted separately from the build
Not doing
- Guaranteed rankings
- Taking enrolments or fee payments on your behalf
Where this comes from
Since 2017, and still leading every build
I started building websites in 2017, which makes it 9+ years now. I still lead every project myself, from the first call to the handover. The about page has the longer story.
After launch, help doesn't depend on me alone. Support is the whole team, not one person — reach us any time, and someone picks it up.

FAQ
If you run a coaching centre or a hostel
A centre and a hostel start from the same question: what does a student see first?
Should a coaching centre put its fees on the website?
- Fees belong on a coaching centre's site, next to what each batch includes. A table with one row per batch is the clearest layout I know for it. A fee that hasn't been decided yet can say so, and a student knows to ask.
What goes first on a hostel's website?
- A hostel's first screen carries the fee and what it covers. A number that someone answers sits right beside them. A photograph of a room comes next, and then the address.
What does a trade site need when most work comes through referrals?
- A referral sends people to you with a name and little else. The trade site gives them your address, your phone number and a line about what you sell. That's enough for them to turn the name into a call.
Can the work start with correcting a Google profile?
- Correcting the Google profile can be a small first job of its own, scoped before anything else. I'd make it match the site you're planning, so both say the same thing at launch.
Will the build need a visit?
- Building the site needs no visit. My team works from Kolkata, India, and you follow progress on a staging link, approving each page before it goes live. Any photographs of your centre or shop come from you, or from someone you choose.

What should the first screen say?
Tell me what people ask you before they choose you. I'll put that answer on the first screen of the draft.
